You must show up at Sogno Veneziano Atelier ( cannaregio 6423/A) to change your voucher, or order, with your personal invitation by 25th February at the latest.
If any elements of the experience is cancelled because of undesired events, we will look for another alternative, or you will be able to use your credit to buy another items on our website, or, otherwise, you will be refunded. The refund is not possible if the causes are not attributable to Golden Moments.
