Georgetown is a historic yet chic town that is steeped in history. On this Georgetown food tour you will be transported to some of the best places this town has to offer and travel through over 250 years of history.

This food tour will bring together long standing DC institutions and high end cuisine. During the tour you may try the following specialities:

Authentic southern French cuisine from a 30-year-old family run cafe
Modern Italian-American
Artisanal meat sampler
Mediterranean tapas at an ultra-chic restaurant
Hand crafted beverages
Desserts and drinks from Washington DC's best bakery that originated as a printing house

Vital Information

Please let us know of any dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, etc.) when you book your tour. Needs can often be accommodated if enough notice is given to the tour operator.  Alcoholic beverages can be paired with each dish on the tour for an additional cost. Water will be served with each meal at each location. Please advise us if children under 7 will be accompanying you on the tour. If they are not eating there will be no charge for them. 

The Weather

Tours operate in rain or shine. 

Session Length

This food tour will last for 3 - 3.5 hours. There are 4-5 stops, you will sit down at 3-4 restaurants for around 15-20 minutes. 

Numbers

This voucher is valid for one person. You will share the tour with other participants.

Spectators

Spectators are not allowed. Anyone wishing to join you should hold a valid voucher and book the same date.

What To Wear

As some of the tour will be spent outside we advise you to dress suitably for the weather. Half of the tour is done by walking so please wear comfortable footwear.

Availability

This tour is available Tuesday to Sunday starting at 11.30am and finishing at 3pm.
