The Experience
Your session starts when you arrive at the spa and meet your therapist for a quick chat. They will ask a few questions about how you are feeling and what you want out of the treatment so they can mix the right blend of plant oils for you.
Once you are ready and settled on the table, the treatment begins. The therapist uses a mix of smooth, rhythmic strokes and deeper pressure to work through tension in your muscles. Because the essential oils are warmed by the skin, you will notice the subtle scents of lavender or eucalyptus while the physical massage helps loosen up any stubborn knots.
As the session progresses, the focus shifts to full-body relaxation. The quiet environment and the steady pace of the massage give you the space to completely drift off. The therapist adjusts the pressure throughout based on your feedback, ensuring the treatment stays comfortable from start to finish.
When the time is up, you can take a few minutes to gather yourself before heading back out.

Important Information
Some therapists specify a minimum age of 16 and some only accept women. Inform us in advance if you are (or have recently been) pregnant or have any medical conditions, as this dictates your suitability for massage and determines the oils used.
The Weather
All aromatherapy massage sessions are inside. You will have an ultimate relaxation experience whatever the weather!
Session Length
The aromatherapy massage will last 60 minutes. You may want to rest for a short while afterwards before driving, as you will be very relaxed.
Numbers
Naturally this is a one to one session, just you and your therapist.
Spectators
Spectators are not allowed. Group bookings can be available, just call the customer service team and tell us some dates!
What To Wear
You will be wrapped in towels during your massage. You can wear underwear if you would prefer not to be naked (You may be asked to keep your underwear on).
